Most walkways and handrails in the existing water level solar power generation facilities are made of structural steel. In general, a structural steel is vulnerable to corrosion which leads to increased maintenance costs and decreased lifespan for the structure.    Due to a heavy unit weight of steels, the structural system needs a larger buoyant(floating) system, which increases construction cost.therefore, in order to install a floating solar power generation structure, it is necessary to come up with a new material with lightweight, good strength, and high durability that is less affected by moisture.
